DSUB44 Male GPIO Breakout and test card

This is a simple 2 layer PCB that allows GPIO breakout access from a DSUB 44 Male Connector. It also incorporates jumpers and LEDs to test 32xGPIO input and 8 GPIO outputs for an existing multiviewer product. For customer orders the board will be populated with the breakout connectors for wires. For test purposes the board will be populated with jumpers and LEDs only. The lower cost HASL lead free finish was chosen in preference to the usual ENIG which I prefer for more complex boards. The board was finished nicely and there were no problems with the hand soldered components. The component-side overlay was clean and well registered. The gerbers files were accepted without any problems. The DHL delivery from SHENZEN to Portsmouth UK was only 5 days making the total duration from order to delivery only 8 days. PCBWAY decided on the best way to panelise the PCB using V-score to minimise the required FR4.
