LED controller for costume eyes

This board is a prototype that will be used as the basis for advanced LED eyes in costumes. PCBway's manufacturing was fast, and delivery within the expected range. The next step for this project will be a redesign to streamline and looking into full assembly to make use of SMD components. I will definitely be ordering from PCBway again when the times comes for that.
