My first expirence with PCBWay

This is my first order from PCBWay. I searched for some good, low quantity PCB prototyping service provider from a long time ago. I tried several, but the one, who offered good quality was expensive, the second I tried - was fast, inexpensive, but there was problem with silk screen on PCB - difficult to read due to blurred letters. So now I tried PCBWay service. Here I found very user friendly web interface, very simple to place an order and to pay it. A lot of shipping options - quite more than can to offer any concurrent around. So there is fine tune delivery speed to you time margins and budget. This is a big plus. I communicated with PCBWay support team to resolve some my question. The response was fast and informative. So first impression about the company, and the service is very pleasant. Now the boards. The boards on pictures are DC-DC converter 3.6-600V. So here is some relative high voltage. The board is 18x54mm only, components placement is tight, and there is no to much space between printed conductors. After extensive testing there was no leakages, or any other abnormal behaviour in areas near HV conductors. It's clearly mean that PCBWay uses FINE QUALITY materials for PCB production. As seen on pictures. the letters of silkscreen are clearly readable. The size of letter about 1.2x0.85mm. There is no complains about package quality - standard zip bags, and carton box. The order was produced and shipped just per time specified during ordering process. Conclusion from above is simple and short: There is a pleasure to deal with PCBWay, the company supplying fine quality PCB's at very attractive price !
