UART to RS-485 with Auto Direction Control

The assembly for this small board was perfect, I've got no complain. Actually this is my first time to have a 8p8c modular connector on my board design, the connector for RJ-45 cable. And I just know that there's connector of this type that has transformer inside it (called magjack), which is used for TCP/IP connection. While in my case I don't need the one with magnetic, just a standard 8p8c modular connector to transmit a serial RS-485. Also I picked the one without LED, and the orientation is vertical based on the usage.
