bebe controller brd v.2

my friend Bebe re desi9n controller lm3914 into fit in box sise : 86.54mm * 99.8mm fiber4 1.6 mm, 1 Layer is not cool... from now i must set 2 lyr request. remind me if i forget. my mist4ke not cek sise drill.. bellow 0.3mm must not 4ccepted. p4d must 4mm minimum. one more correction... jumper conn pin not precicion loc4ted. i must move out connector.. see tee picture combine bebefilter PCB.
