Christmas tree 2019 NeoPixels WS2812B Attiny13

Hi I had a set of these made last year and finally got to build it this year. But there is a mistake! The power to the 3rd LED (see picture) in the chain is reversed which causes the whole circuit to fail when it's powered up! fortunately the polarity reverse is limited to just the one "branch" (and just one LED) so is easy to fix. also a suggestion for improvements: an inline resistor before the first pixel on te data line is recommended (check the adafruit neopixel uberguide for the value) and a spot for a pullup resistor on pin 2 would be helpful for people taking an attiny85 from a digispark as the micronucleus bootloader won't start the program without one.
