LED blink_ing effect toy.
This project is for calming and make lighting effect mostly in small rooms. The color changing led with random way if funny. That was the motivation to make. All led are 5mm self flashing.

This is a simple LED which start working by blink_ing all together at the same time and as the time pass the led start randomly blink_ing.
