Ruleta Aleatoria
Este es un circuito basado en el IC CD4017 y el temporizador NE555. El NE555 se configura como un astable para generar pulsos a una frecuencia constante. Estos pulsos alimentan al CD4017, un contador decimal que activa de forma secuencial cada una de sus salidas, encendiendo LEDs conectados a cada pin aleatoriamente.
