PCB is designed according to TPS63070, compatible with TPS630701.

TPS630701 is a fixed output model. 

Therefore, the upper arm of the FB goes straight through the lower arm.

Efficiency up to 95%

TPS630701 is a highly efficient buck-boost converter with low quiescent current, suitable for applications where the input voltage may be higher or lower than the output voltage. In boost or buck mode, the output current can be as high as 2A. 

The buck-boost converter is based on a fixed frequency, pulse width modulation (PWM) controller that uses synchronous rectification to obtain the highest efficiency. In the case of low load current, the converter enters power saving mode to maintain high efficiency over a wide load current range. 

The converter can be disabled to greatly reduce battery consumption. 

During shutdown, the load is disconnected from the battery.
