Defcon 31 E-Computer SAO

This is NilbinSec's E-Computer SAO for Defcon31. Overall the project was very successful and the produced badges exceeded expectations. Out of 200 pieces, there was approximately a 3% failure rate. All failures occurred in the same via due to sheering force when trimming a THT resistor. All boards that failed were luckily able to be repaired with an aggressive application of solder that managed to cover the stripped pad surrounding the via. No photos unfortunately because the badge has not been publically released yet, but the mask and silkscreen colors (Pink and Blue) turned out amazing! Of note, this was an advanced PCB order, the price on the invoice was significantly higher than the price in the automated design tool. The service rep indicated this was because of the solder mask color selection. After a bit of negotiation, the price was lowered, but not to the level of the initial quote.
