Dispenser Module for LPG Station

Modules are in communication with the CAN bus. Motherboard has RS232, RS485, current loop communication systems and USB Support. The motherboard has 3 units 10 ampere AC output and maintains in a system like this. CPU circuit is complate isolated.

Step 1: Schematic and pcb layout

First I made the design and drawings.

1: Motherboard

FR4, 1.6mm, 4 Layer, top and bottom layer 2oz - inner layers 1 oz, solder mask: Black Mate

 

2: Displayboard

FR4, 1.6mm, 2 Layer, 1oz, solder mask: Green

 

3: Keypad

FR4, 1.6mm, 2 Layer, 1oz, solder mask: Green

 

Step 2: PCBWAY Order

I have ordered the PCB at pcbway. Arrived quickly!!

 

Step 3: Soldering and software is continues.

I've used STM32 ARM Cortex processors  in modules.
