Electronic Nose

Part of a prototype Electronic Nose, which can be assembled for about 30 Euro, consisting of three principal components, a sample delivery system (sampling unit), a detection array (gas detection system) and a data processing unit which is capable of distinguishing between different qualities of Olive Oil - there is even evidence that it can discriminate between different varieties of Olives. Excellent PCBs manufactured by PCBWAY and delivered very promptly.
