First BGA project with PCBway
The standard quality of boards I've received from PCBway are good and immensely helpful in prototyping. This first BGA project with PCBway included fine pitch etching, small drills, and 0.8mm pitch BGA pads. The boards that came in are beautiful. The registration is spot on drills and solder mask. The mask and silk screen are sharp and clear. The etch looks great. I'm very impressed with the quality.
