the product fit was perfect and well within the tolerances and the cost was acceptable for a custom cnc part, but the surface finish could have been better. There was absolutely no communication until I reached out once the order was 3 weeks late. I was asked for feedback on the cnc parts only after I reached out, after the large production run was complete. I provided feedback but nothing could be done at this point without having to re-work all the parts. In the future, I'd like to see better communication with the customer and being able to see a sample early in the process.
