The KiCAD PCBWay plug-in dropped the design directly into my pcbway order. I selected my board options and submitted the order. This was my first PCBWay design, and I didn't know to wait for the review to finish, so I clicked around a bit trying to pay while that finished. Once the review was complete the checkout went fine. I rated communication and professional 5 stars, although I don't know whether I was rating a person or a computer. Either way it was a very smooth process and gave me confidence that my design was processed correctly. I received the boards on time, they are perfect quality. I found some errors in my design and I've just submitted a Version 0.1.
