Voltmod / Button board

This is the button board which connects to the Pi hat. It supports 5 rotary encoders with pushbuttons, on breakout boards, with PCF8574A GPIO expanders. Came out perfect. The first file submitted had the holes too close to the edge and copper fill outside the board, and the PCBWay engineer caught the problem and I was able to resubmit. The cutoff of SW1 is intentional - the breakout board hangs a tiny bit over the edge.
