Voltmod / Pi hat

This is a revised version of the Raspberry Pi hat for the Voltmod project, with a beeper, RTC, GPIO fan control, and GPIO breakout. Came out exactly as I submitted. I did make a couple of mistakes - the footprint for LS1 was too small so I had to bend the pins for my speaker, and I got the pins backward on the jumper for RTC1, so I had to solder the connector on the RTC board on the other side. These were my mistakes, though.
