DC Electronic Load MDP-L1060 is the first programmable intelligent DC electronic load module of the MDP (Mini Digital Power System) series. The MDP-1060 offers four working modes: constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant resistance (CR), and constant power (CP). It can handle load inputs of up to 60V and 10A, with a maximum power of 100W. The module is equipped with comprehensive intelligent safety protections, including over-voltage (OVP), under-voltage (UVP), over-current (OCP), over-power (OPP), over-temperature (OTP), and anti-reverse polarity.
This portable and smart solution is suitable for various test scenarios involving AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, chargers, batteries, adapters, and power electronic components. The MDP-L1060 module follows the stackable design of the MDP series, making it compact and portable as a whole. It features a CNC aluminum alloy frame with built-in high-efficiency brass heat sinks and high-speed cooling fans. The fans adjust their speed automatically based on the load consumption to ensure effective heat dissipation. The hollow decorative pieces on the front and rear of the module maximize air intake and promote efficient heat dissipation.
The load module utilizes a 4mm three-purpose gold-plated standard input port and is equipped with an XT30 input port for remote compensation, enabling more accurate load testing. By pairing with the display control module (MDP-M01) for wireless communication, the MDP-L1060 can perform advanced functions via remote control. These functions include battery (capacity) testing, internal resistance testing, factory testing, dynamic testing, over-current protection testing, and flexible triggering options, enhancing the device's usability.
