This was the Solder Stencil. It is a precision-cut metal sheet framed to make it rigid. Very high quality and helped Shiji build our prototypes in record time.
PCBWay is VERY flexible on panelization. Almost Arbitrary aspect ratio of the panel, as long as it meets overall size limits.
PCBWay did both PCB Fabrication AND Assembly. I was able to get White PCB with black silkscreen no problem!
