Hdmi splitter on Raspberry PI 3 or 4.

Can I turn 1 HDMI port in 2 with a splitter? on the Raspberry Pi 3 or 4, I know the 4 has 2 outputs. I need about 8. And I don't really want to buy 4 raspberry pi 4s.
