0.1mm Stencil for long and skinny board
I'm still using loose stencil sheets for paste, and hand placing components. That said, I can't recommend stencils highly enough. If you're not familiar with the process, please check out the various instructional Youtube channels, but if you understand the benefits of stencil paste application, then I can tell you that these are great. Having your stencils manufactured by the same folks that are doing the PCB ensures a perfect match with no errors creeping in. I've also noticed that PCBWay packs their stencils in two pieces of left over "waste board" from the drill machines. This is actually a VERY good thing, as it is supported and kept flat through the entire shipping process. Other vendors don't do this (and I've received damaged stencils as a result) The one thing to note is that you definitely do need to do a visual inspection upon receiving your stencil. This one had one 0603 pad square still hanging on inside the stencil void. It WAS cut, but was just stuck on one corner. A quick poke to dislodge it, a wipe with IPA, and everything was fine.
