2 layer PCB , silk layer

This was the first time I ordered a pcb from 3PCB, it was meant as a try out ??. The Quality of the delivered pcb's exceeds my expectations, perfect finish. Also 3pcb offers a great ICT service as well i.e. You are well informed about the progress of the production process. An issue I would like to adres are the overhead costs... Could the pcb be sent a cheaper way? The pcb costs were $13, but the overhead costs were 12$...
