300 pcbas for air quality stations

Those 300 pcbas are a re-do after PCBway made a mistake on a previous order (upsidedown pcbs). This was a big order for me (900$), so I was nervous about how PCBway would handle this. An error can happen, and what is interesting is what PCBWAY does in this case, and how quickly they answer. Well, I can tell they were very efficient : they answered in the following 2 working days, took another day to verify the mistake was on there side, and then told me they would redo it for free, shipping fee included of course. One month later, I was charged with vat by customs for this. I sent them the bill, and ask them what they could do. They added the VAT amount on my account 2 days later. BTW, that was the first time a problem arised after 10 orders and around 5000$. PCBWAY rocks !
