74HS/LVC PCB Adaptor

Designed this board up to work around a Chipaggedon induced problem. Ordered only 10 pieces, but because the board was small, it seems that PCBWay were able to squeeze a few more onto their panel, and so I received 21 instead, which was a really nice bonus.
