AVR128DA64 Breakout Board

A 4 layer PCB with a 64-pin 0.5mm pitch TQFP chip on top side. A mixture of SMD and through-hole components. Two copper planes internally with two outer routing layers. 1.6mm thickness. Top side silkscreen only. Board works very well. Designed using KiCad, no problems during upload or manufacture. PCBs excellent quality and well packaged. Delivered quickly. Excellent service.
