Active Amplifier System : Main Amplifier Stencil

This is the Stencil for the main power amplifier PCB. Wow, what amazing quality and value!. It is as professional as any stencil I have seen, and easily comparable to those from the big EU and German manufacturers. But TEN DOLLARS for both top and bottom stencils on one sheet is just rediculous. If you are a DIY maker, maybe you are making your first journey into surface mount. The number one tip is get a stencil!. All you need is a stencil, some masking/draughting/decorators tape and a credit card. Tape the stencil to the board, add a small line of solder paste along the top above the PCB, and use the credit card to wipe it down over the surface and into the stencil holes. Carefully peel the stencil from the bottom and you are ready to add components with a fine pair of tweezers and heat in a tart oven, small SMD oven, hot air gun, whatever. Don't be afraid, but do get some cheap boards (you know where to look :) and resistors and practice. Thanks to PCBway for making it possible.
