Aluminium board for 3535 power LED

For my marine aquariums i need efficient and (of course) cheap LED lighting. So i decide make them by my own. LED chips 3535 were choosen, for great price/lumens ratio. For good heat management, aluminium board must be used. Heatsink used is 100x80x27 with fan, this can easily manage 64W from LED. Temperature rise is about 30 °C Aluminium PCB was manufactured quickly, perfectly packed, and delivered in less than 2 weeks from uploading gerbers. Black mask is great.
