Another SPI_to_LCD Interface

Added on-board +12v to 5v regulator to allow the module to be independent of the uC regulator and also to be seperated to allow mounting on a front panel. Also added PWM control to the backlight circuit. Another great prototype from PCBWay. Thanks.
