I noticed a quite large displacement of the solder resist. I do not specify the clearance for the solder resist but let the manufacturer decide how much clearance is needed. Here the CAM operator made a quite large clearance, which was even nearly fully utilized by the displacement. That indicate a sub-optimal process control to me. Not sure if different machines/processes (e.g. manual film alignment) are used in dependence of the requirements. But I see some soldering issues with the no-existing solder resist and I am a bit worried if I would trust PCBWay for more complex PCBs with e.g. solder defined pads to improve alignment accuracy.
