Hello. We received our recent order from PCBWAY (W160190ASZ32) today and unfortunately we saw two issues with the boards which you have sent to us. The first and more important issue is the thickness of the boars. The thickness of the board which you have made is just .15mm as you can see in the pictures which I have uploaded while I had requested that you make the board with .23mm ?!. Our boards are becoming so hot because of your mistake and it is not acceptable at all. Another issue which is not as terrible as the first one is the grey area at the corner of some of the PCB s which I don't understand. What is the reason for that ?. We have paid a lot of money in order to receive the boards much sooner because the time was so important for us but, the boards which you have sent to us failed with several issues. We need PCB WAY to take care of this order number and build it again as fast as possible. We had paid for two days' urgent ' build time and now we expect PCBWAY to fix the problems as soon as possible.
