C64-JoyKEY second part.

This is the second part of the project: the top PCB protecting the electronics underneath. The white silkscreen on black solder mask provide a very nice look. I did not know of that approach before of using a PCB only for structure, integrity and looks. I will certainly reuse that idea for personal projects!
