Cable Tester

My project was an automated connection and intermittent audio cable tester. PCBWay was fantastic! This was my first personal circuit board project ever. When I sent in the files, I received a response within minutes. They told me exactly what they needed and how to fix the problem with my original files. The production of the board was incredibly fast and within a few days, the finished boards were in the hands of the courier. Their customer service personnel went over and above their responsibility when I had problems with the courier. PCBWay contacted me to try and resolve the issue when the boards were completely out of their hands. Even though they couldn't really do anything to help, they definitely demonstrated concern for my order and my satisfaction. WOW!! That's amazing customer service. The PCB looks fantastic, very professional, exactly as I designed it. Thank you PCBWay! I'm so happy with your service, that I already placed another order before the first one arrived.
