Clarity Voidage Detection v3

This time I had PCBWay populate most of the board for me as v3 of the board was designed based on v2 which I tested in bits as I was making progress. This saved me WEEKS of soldering time and therefore the board was up and working within a day! I am super pleased and will do this more often. PCBWay's Winnie kept me updated with any questions and there were always pictures attached when things like orientation or footprint needed to be clarified.
