Complicated Test Fixture

This PCB required fabrication of two separate 4-layer designs then lamination of those back-to-back. It uses a high-performance material (Megtron) and includes blind vias and filled through-vias. The quoted lead time was 30 days but only a subset of the board were completed at that time (about half). We needed the full order of ten, so PCBWay shipped the initial quantity then proceeded to build the remainder and ship them later (still met our needs, but delivered much later than quoted). We typically see issues with via fill being incomplete (dimples or bumps), but the via fill on both the blind and through vias was very good on both shipments.
