DDR5 RDIMM Test Board - PCB

This is a test DIMM for evaluating DDR5 Registered DIMM data buffers and register chips. The effort included fabricating the 12-layer PCBs (in an array) and assembling the parts (double sided). On incoming inspection we were impressed by the accuracy of the alignment of the solder mask with the fine pitch BGA pads, via fill had no issues (could not see dimples on most of the parts), and gold edge finger plating and edge bevel were excellent.
