Dalek EYE - SMD version

This is a revision of my previous board with the missing track fixed and the pads made slighly larger. it is a circular array of addressable LEDS with a smaller inner circle used to light up a dalek eye. PCBWAY delivered a fantastic set of boards, all very high quality at a very low price.
