ESP32 PLC BOARD V2.0

Essentially this is just a board that uses an ESP32 with Open PLC to run ladder logic for automation. This board was delivered incredibly fast, and as always is a high quality board that has withstood the rigors of prototyping and running on a test bench. Unfortunately I made a user error with this design and had to go back to KiCAD to change things. I have another board in review right now, and once I get this one delivered, I'm positive it will be just a good as the others I've gotten.
