Environmental system display

Takes an ILI9488 SPI 3.5 inch TFT display (320x480) and a Raspberry Pi Pico to make a nice standalone display solution with plenty of options - your software decides what happens. I wrote a write-only display module in C for this project because I also need to use the same board without a display so it can be use both ways without requiring software modifications. This revision allows for use of RS232 level serial or TTL level serial communication to two of the Pico's UARTS.
