Ethernet VTAC PCB Assembly

We were impressed by the assembles product. The component was properly positioned and there was just the right amount of solder between the component and the PCB. The only thing we found unacceptable is the residual material left from the separation at the mouse bites. We needed these assemblies quite urgently so we can't return. We will file away to excess material. These must fit inside a housing and the tolerances are tight. The PCBs can be no more than .390". We create the PCB to .387" to allow some variation, but with the mouse bites, the assemblies are .400". Will it be possible in the future to cut the PCB assemblies with smooth edges or possibly remove the mouse bite material before shipment? We really do hope to purchase again because we found the cost, lead time, and product is better than other suppliers.
