F430_EPM1270

It is an evaluation board with CPLD EPM1270 and MCU C8051F410. The man-machine communication and all "intellectual" features are supported by MCU. On the other hand, all the time critical features can be executed by CPLD. MCU has a full control on CPLD but in case of MCU's failure (or in case the MCU went to sleep) the CPLD can define the absence of control by analyzing the input signals (handshaking) and can continue to perform some default functions.
