Flashlight with boost on NCV3066

Boost controller on NCV3066 in SO8 case. Can be dimmable - NCV is controlled by PWD on NE555 timer. Flashlight works from Li-ion accumulator 18650 or 26650 which can be charged from micro USB (charging controller TP4057). Turning on/off by touch sensor on TTP223
