In terms of the sales representative, I am very happy. Changes on our end lead to us having to resubmit our gerbers no less than three times, despite which we never received complaints only friendly advice. In terms of PCB quality, there have been no issues. Everything is up to standard for the (admittedly small) sample size we ordered. We expect to place a larger order soon, because of the good service. The payment factor is the one place where we have an issue. My companies preferred payment method is bank transfer, and I struggled with parts of the process. It is also difficult to change payment type after making a mistake or change your mind, requiring manual intervention from PCBway. Finally, an option for credit card payments without paypal or ALiExpress would be fantastic. MY company doesn't use paypal, and the Ali express option is very clunky.
