For radio amateurs: HAM PLL VFO, System: UT5QBC. For radio transceiver with microcontroller Type: STM32F100CBT6B) controlled by a short-wave oscillator. The functions can be selected with six push buttons, the operating modes, frequency, analog S-meter and power meter can be seen on a color 1.8" TFT display (type ST7735). The synthesizer IC is on its PCB, type: Si5351A.
