HP 5327B Nixie Frequency Meter Adapter

This replaces the 1820-0116 chips in the HP5327B counter to use it instead as a 10 digit Nixie display. Used it to display the mission time from our genuine Apollo spaceship Central Timing Equipment, see video here: https://youtu.be/GkLLCv1meyU
