High current reliability experiment.

These boards provide a way to study high current connections. Specifically, the reliability of those connections. The PCB was made of multiple designs so that they can be cut apart and assembled. The assembly consists of mating the 2 PCB's together via standoffs and screws. Various screw locking mechanisms were used and a high current was passed through the connection. After being subject to several environmental factors (Temp, vibration, humidity, corrosion) the high current path (contact resistance) was checked again. In this way, several tests were performed to decide upon the most reliable high current connection for board to board. The PCB's themselves were made flawlessly - which is the usual quality of PCB - always perfect!
