Step 1: Changing driver on ISSI 31FL3733
Reroute new PCBs for matrix and chage LED1642 on ISSI led driver 31FL3733 . Soldering leds and new driver and testing new matrix with evalution board wich ISSI give for me as sample. 
Step 2: Connecting new led matrix to esp32 and writing some test firmware
Now i connecting new led matrix on IS31FL3733 to esp32 and writing some test firmware with runing string.
