Irrigation controller

This board controls an electric sluice that irrigates an orchard. To do it the board senses soil humidity to decide whan to open and then to shut off the water flow. It also and manages an array of time dependent events that adds triggers to the irrigation. It also senses the water flow to ensure that the water consumption does not exceed predefined value.
