LED board

IC chips for battery charging. Had a high powered transistor along with an LC charging IC. SMD to the board, very clean, no excess solder in between the pins. Had a problem with IC positions, but PCB way contacted me to confirm the alterations they made along with a photo of test board. Okayed the changes and they proceeded.
