LNET-B-CDe adaptor

This is a small adapter from LocoNET-B RailSync to a CDe Booster (we don't use the E signal) it works great when the input to de Booster is optocoupled making the connectios simpler in modular meetings with hundreds of modules The production is excellent, ant the total time from sending the project until the reception was very low.
