LTC 2 Nine-Pin Rev A1

This design is intended to convert LTC timecode audio signals to Sony 9-pin timecode messages to be consumed by a downstream device. The process was smooth and easy, even though I made a few errors in the BOM that needed revisions to be corrected. The boards are well packaged and assembly is high quality as always.
